I can’t say enough good things about Robert and his team at Tire Choice in Riverside. Of course, I ended up with a flat tire on a holiday, and after making an appointment I found out my truck didn’t even come with the factory tool needed to lower the spare tire. What could have turned into a major headache wasn’t a problem for Robert’s technicians, they were knowledgeable, resourceful, and figured out another way to safely get the spare down. After everything they did, I offered to pay for the extra time and effort. Robert kindly refused, telling me that their job is to make sure people get back on the road safely, not to charge for every little thing. That level of integrity and customer service is hard to find these days. Robert and his team were professional, honest, and genuinely cared about helping me. It’s refreshing to do business with people who put customers first. I highly recommend Tire Choice, and they’ll definitely have my business in the future.

Great service at Riverside Tire Choice! Needed new tires and they got me in fast with excellent service. Professional team, clear explanations, and a smooth tire replacement. Fair pricing and I was back on the road quickly. Highly recommend!

The folks here at Tire Choice helped us get some new tires on our Ford Expedition. The tread had worn thin, and they identified the issue right away. Their tires were pricedd competitively. I was glad to have them handle this without having to go to too many other shops for pricing.

I had such a great experience getting an alignment on my jeep that I brought my lady’s vehicle in for an oil change and an alignment the next day! Robert the manager and the techs I dealt with were all very approachable and funny. They never pushed any services on me, only explained what’s needed next. I appreciate the way they do business. I would absolutely recommend this shop.

Took my vehicle to get it aligned due to when pressing on the brakes, the wheel with shimmer. The work was completed. I drove off and had the same issue turned right back around and Ken the store manager had one of his technicians take it for a test ride came back and they couldn’t find an issue. Spoke to Ken again he told me to bring my car in and they would look at it again. Took my car in they couldn’t find the issue again after speaking to Ken twice over the phone while my car was in the shop. He stated he would have his lead technician look into. To find out I needed two front rotors, which I authorized. I went and picked up my vehicle and as soon as I was about to get in my vehicle, I noticed the driver door was scratched, had oil marks and rubber marks. I turned I went back in and spoke to Ken again. He had somebody go out there and try to remove the marks at that point I was totally upset.I Ken to have the district manager call me he straight up, said no and laughed and smirked. Called customer service to report, still waiting for a call back.
